A booking made through an affiliate link costs the reader nothing extra. The price is the same whether the link is used or the reader goes to the platform directly. The commission is paid by the platform out of its own margin.

What Earns Nothing

Not every museum on this site produces income, and the split is worth stating plainly:

• The 11 free museums in the directory have no ticket to sell. They earn this site nothing, and no affiliate link is placed on their pages.
• The 10 museums linked only to their own official ticket page are connected directly to the museum, with no booking platform in between. These links earn this site nothing.

Where a museum sells through GetYourGuide or Viator, the site may earn a commission. Where it does not, the link is a plain pointer to the museum's own site.

GuruWalk is a pay-what-you-want free walking tour platform. Guides lead the walk for free and are tipped by participants at the end. This site links exactly one Los Angeles walk: the Free Tour of Downtown LA, a two-hour walk meeting at 600 W 1st St between The Broad and Walt Disney Concert Hall. Los Angeles has one English listing on the platform, and this site does not imply otherwise.
